How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout after you fill in your shipping address.

How do I order from Avenida?
Simply select the item you want to purchase, click Add to Cart, and proceed to checkout for payment instructions. Don't worry, you won't be billed yet.

Do I have to register and make a Customer Account?
Yes. It's as simple as signing up for a social media account. This is to make sure your E-mail address is working and you are able to receive important updates on your order.

Do I need to indicate my phone number?
Yes. It is very important that we and the 3rd party courier are able to contact you during delivery.

 

How do I pay for my order?
You can choose from several options upon checkout:
1. BDO/BPI bank deposit or online funds transfer
2. GCash and GCash/PayMaya app with InstaPay which accepts payments thru Tambunting, Villarica, Cebuana Lhuillier, Bayad Center, 7-Eleven, Puregold, SM, Robinsons, eTap, ECPay, Digipay, and TouchPay Machines
3. PayPal and major debit and credit cards thru PayPal Express Checkout

How do I pay using GCash?
1. From the GCash dashboard, tap “Send Money.”
2. Tap “Express Send.”
3. Enter Avenida's GCash mobile number: 09165130434
4. Enter the exact amount to send.
5. Please indicate your Order Number as seen in the Order Confirmation E-mail you received.
6. Wait for the text confirmation of your transaction.

How do I pay using GCash (or PayMaya) Instapay?
You will have to set up a GCash account. How do I pay using the GCash (or PayMaya) app on my phone?
1. Select 'Send Money' then 'Send Money to Bank' or 'Bank Transfer.'
2. Select BDO or BPI, and input the bank account details provided upon checkout.
3. In the Confirmation page, confirm the amount you wish to send. The bank transfer should be processed immediately. You will receive an SMS confirmation receipt for the transaction as well.

How do I pay using bank deposit?
Please use the bank account details provided upon checkout when you select the bank deposit option.

When do I pay for my order?
For GCash/PayMaya InstaPay or bank deposit payments, please pay within three (3) days to avoid cancellation of order.

How long does it take you to confirm my payment?
Kindly allow us at least 24 hours to verify payments. Bank payments in particular take time to reflect important deposit details online. 

Why is the bank charging me P50.00?
Our account is based in Metro Manila and you're probably making a deposit thru a provincial branch. BDO and BPI both charge for deposits made outside NCR or inter-region transactions. We suggest trying the GCash/PayMaya app if you're outside Metro Manila.

I made a mistake and need to deposit again the right amount, but the bank is charging me P50.00 more, what can I do?
We suggest trying the GCash/PayMaya app if you're outside Metro Manila.

Can I use PayPal to send additional payment?
We discourage the use of PayPal for this as your payment will only most likely go to service fees. You'd probably have to pay at least twice the amount to cover these charges.

Do you accept COD orders?
Not at the moment.



When do you send my order?
Depending on availability, orders are processed and scheduled for shipment within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Who delivers my order?
We rely on different courier services that are best in their areas and are most affordable for our customers.

How soon can I expect my order?
With the "new normal" in place due to the current pandemic, kindly expect delivery within a week (7 days) for Metro Manila or a maximum of two weeks (14 days) for provincial address upon receiving shipping confirmation.

It's been three days and I still haven't received my order, what happened?
Kindly allow one week (seven days) for delivery in Metro Manila or a maximum of two weeks (14 days) for provincial address upon receiving shipping confirmation. Delays happen, but please do let us know if you still don't have your items right after the specified transit period.

Can you update me on the status of delivery?
We supply you with a Tracking Number upon shipment confirmation. You may track your parcel online using the Tracking Number.

Is online tracking provided by the couriers always reliable?
They don't always get updated in real time, but they provide us with an idea on where our parcels are.

What is an Order Number?
This is the code assigned to your order so it's easier for us to keep track of our customers and their transactions. Your Order Number is indicated in the order confirmation E-mail and all notifications you will receive from us.

What is a Tracking Number?
This is the code used to track your parcel during delivery so you have an idea where it is and when it'll reach you. Your Tracking Number is indicated in the shipping confirmation E-mail that you will receive when your order is already out for delivery.

The courier is taking forever to deliver my order and you sent me an E-mail with instructions on how to coordinate with them, why should this be my problem?
While we do everything we can to ensure a worry-free shipment, the delivery of your order is ultimately out of our hands. As the problem likely concerns reaching you or locating your address, a faster and more effective coordination would require you to get in touch with the 3rd party courier service directly. It's a bit of trouble, but it happens very rarely, and it gives the best result. Rest assured you always have our assistance till your items safely reach you.

Can you deliver my order at a specified time?
Sorry, that is not possible. As with majority of online sellers/E-stores in the country, we only rely on available courier services for delivery. But while none of them can commit to a specific time of delivery, we do our best to send orders on Mondays so they reach recipients with office addresses on a weekday (as requested by some customers).

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, by special arrangement. The shipping fee may be costly, but if you're up to it, we're eager to be of help as we've already had successful shipments in different countries. Please do send us an E-mail anytime at MyAvenidaPHshop@gmail.com.

 

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?
We are exclusively an online store.

What are your operating hours?
We reply to E-mails, verify payments, process and dispatch orders Mondays to Saturdays from 7am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.

Why don't you reply to messages on social media?
Our social media accounts are used primarily for promotions and important announcements. We suggest using E-mail when communicating with us for faster response. Kindly check your spam box, too, in case our replies get misdirected.
